Saz Mifsud is a Malta-based design house specialising in digitally-printed fabrics. The brand was born from the idea that a painting can become a piece of clothing. Saz, being both a painter and designer, strives to merge the worlds of art and fashion. Different silks are used to create a variety of textures as they absorb pigment in different ways. Some are dense and rich, others paler and more pastel-based. The range includes chiffon, habotai, satin, georgette, crepe and also silk cotton.
